Sports Camps - 2024

These athletic programs are open to students entering grades 6+ in Fall 2024. All programs are five days (Monday - Friday) and are three hours per day. All campers will be given a sports camp t-shirt if registered by May 31st. Please indicate your t-shirt size during registration. You can also sign up for sports camps under the "Grades 7+: Academics, Sports, & Enrichment" tab.

*Sports registration is open until May 31st, 2024.*

Instructions:

  • Select "More Information" to view more details about the camp.

  • Click "Express Registration" and select the program option to sign up for the camp.

  • Choose the participant or "add a new participant" to add the camp or class to your cart.

  • All registrations require the creation of a family account created by the parent. This account and password are different from and not linked to any other Seabury Hall account. You can link multiple students to this account as "participants."

  • Note: When registering your child, be sure to enter their grade in Fall 2024.

Participants may ride the bus from Kihei or Kahului in the morning (arriving on campus at 8:00 AM) or in the afternoon (departing campus at 3:30 PM for Kahului and Kihei) for an additional fee. However, bus service must align with their schedule, meaning unsupervised or unstructured hours before or after classes are not permitted. More information can be found on the "Bus Registration" tab.

BASKETBALL: June 10 - 14

This co-ed basketball is led by Coach Scott Prather, current Seabury Hall Varisty boys' basketball coach, and MIL Coach of the Year. He led his team to the State Championship and played in college for four years at UH Hilo, where he was inducted into the UH Hilo Athletics Hall of Fame in 2012.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced player, you'll hone your dribbling, ball-handling, and shooting through drills, scrimmages, and game simulations.

VOLLEYBALL: June 17 - 21

After playing in college and earning awards for coaching at various levels, Coach Geoffrey Cook and Coach Lecca Roberts look forward to bringing their knowledge and expertise to our co-ed volleyball camp. Coach Cook was voted "Coach of the Year" for D1 high school boys' volleyball in 2022 at King Kekaulike and led successful girls' middle school volleyball teams at Seabury Hall. Coach Lecca is a former D1 player at Pepperdine University and future Head Coach of the Varsity girls' team at Seabury.

Participants will learn specific volleyball skills such as serving techniques, passing and setting fundamentals, hitting techniques, defensive skills, and blocking techniques in a fun and supportive atmosphere.
