Q: Who can participate in the summer program?

Our summer program is open to all students on Maui entering grades 1–12. Students do not need to be enrolled at Seabury Hall to attend. Camps and courses are thoughtfully designed to ensure students feel supported, engaged, and excited to learn.

Q: When does the summer program run and how does it work?

Our 2026 Summer Program runs from June 1–June 26 and features four one-week sessions. This flexible format allows families to choose individual weeks and explore a variety of engaging and exciting offerings.

Families may register for Weeks 1–4 based on their child’s interests, grade level, and course availability.

We offer:

Day Camps (Grades 1–6)

Traditional classroom-style courses

• Full-Day Option: Six classes

• Half-Day Option: Three classes

Specialty Camps (Grades 3–12)

Three-hour camps offered in either the morning or afternoon

• Full-Day Option: Two camps

• Half-Day Option: One camp

Q: What kinds of classes and camps do you offer?

There’s something for everyone! Students may choose from Day Camps or Specialty Camps, each designed to provide engaging, age-appropriate experiences.

Day Camps (Grades 1–6) include:

• Academic enrichment

• Sports and team activities

• Performing and visual arts

• Language and cultural studies

Specialty Camps (Grades 3–12) include:

• Sport-specific training

• Fitness

• Dance and culture

• Technology and engineering

• Arts and crafts

Whether your child is passionate about athletics, the arts, academics, or exploring something new, our goal is to provide meaningful experiences that build confidence and spark curiosity.

Q: What if a camp doesn’t have enough students enrolled?

To provide the best possible experience, each camp must meet a minimum enrollment. If a day or specialty camp does not reach that number, we will notify families promptly and help you select another great option.

Q: What are the daily hours?

The program runs from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Extended care options may be available for families who need additional flexibility.

Q: Where does the program take place?

All summer classes and camps are held on our campus, providing a familiar, safe, and welcoming environment for our students.

Q: Who are the instructors?

Our summer courses are led by experienced educators and skilled instructors who are passionate about working with campers. Safety, engagement, and positive relationships are always at the heart of our program.

Q: Are materials included?

Most materials and supplies are included in the program tuition. If a course requires special items, families will be notified in advance.

Q: What is your refund policy?

We understand that summer plans can change. To schedule campers and staff effectively and offer the strongest camp experience possible, we rely on accurate enrollment numbers.

• Cancellations received on or before April 1, 2026 are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made April 1–30, 2026 will incur a $100 cancellation fee, after which the remaining balance will be refunded.

• No refunds will be issued after April 30, 2026.

Q: How do I register?

Registration is completed online and the link will be available on March 15. If you need assistance at any point, please contact [email protected], and our team will gladly walk you through the process.

Q: Is lunch provided?

We are pleased to offer a bag lunch service for families who would like a convenient on-campus meal option. Lunch may be added during the registration process, and detailed information—including pricing, menu options, and ordering deadlines—will be available on our registration webpage.

Families are also welcome to send lunch from home if preferred. Additional information regarding food allergy accommodations and dietary considerations will be provided during registration to ensure we can best support your child’s needs.

Q: Is transportation available?

Bus service from Kahului will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration for bus service will be completed through our online registration system. If you live in Kahului or the surrounding area, please look for the bus option when enrolling.

Q: What is the price of the summer camps?

Because registration is completed on a weekly basis, tuition is also structured by week and based on your selected camp.

• Full-Day Day Camps: $400 per week

• Half-Day Day Camps: $250 per week

• Specialty Camps: $250–$275 per week, depending on skill level and coaching needs
