In this hands-on class, students will master the basics of baking desserts and pastries, from perfecting doughs and batters to understanding the science behind rising, mixing, and frosting. They’ll create delicious treats like cookies, cakes, tarts, and pastries, exploring diverse flavors and techniques along the way. The course will culminate in a fun tasting event where students can showcase their sweet creations and enjoy the treats made throughout the week.
