Instructor: Bill Levien This one-week Python course uses Harvard’s CS50 Python curriculum and is designed for students who are new to coding. Students learn the basics of Python—like how to write code, use data types, loops, and functions—through hands-on projects and simple challenges. The course combines short lectures with group work so that everyone gets a basic understanding of computer science. Students work in a special coding environment that includes AI tools like ChatGPT to help write and fix code. Advanced students might also try adding artificial intelligence to their final projects using the OpenAI API.
